Since a long time I’ve been searching for the recipe of Doi Fulcopi, but the dish I had with a similar name was white in colour, probably they did not add tomato & kashmiri mirch, I’ll definitely give this a try,I know it will come out splendid, shall let you know after I taste it,

    Hi Arpita,

I tried your recipe. It was great. But I did few modifications. I added 3/4 kajus while making the onion tomato puree and mixed curd in the masala before adding cauliflower and fried a little. The taste was good. Thanks.
